Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your ZAIG Studio purchase. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition and has only been handled as reasonably necessary to inspect it.

To request a return, please contact us at zaigstudio@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered. Please include photographs where possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Personalised & bespoke pieces

Personalised or bespoke pieces made specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer law. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
