The Story Behind ZAIG Studio
ZAIG Studio grew from a love of design, making and experimenting with materials. With a background in architecture, where model making became an important part of the design process, creating detailed three-dimensional pieces was already something familiar to me. Resin opened up a completely different way to use those skills.
What started with one resin landscape made purely as a hobby quickly became an obsession with seeing what else I could create. From building miniature landscapes and sculpting realistic water, to designing motorsport artwork and smaller pieces for the home, each new piece became an opportunity to experiment with a different technique.
That experimentation eventually became ZAIG Studio.
Today, every piece is designed and handcrafted with the same approach: taking an idea and turning it into something with depth, detail and individuality. Nothing is mass produced, and because so much of the process is done by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
Made by hand. Made to stand out.
Behind ZAIG Studio
ZAIG Studio is a small independent business built from a love of creating and experimenting. My background in architecture and model making naturally found its way into the way our pieces are created, particularly the attention to detail, depth and three-dimensional elements.
Most of the designing and making is done by me, with my partner helping behind the scenes along the way. We’re constantly experimenting with new ideas, materials and techniques, and a lot of trial and error goes into creating the finished pieces you see today.
